difficulty factor: a very good sunday puzzle; very minor stumbles.
title/theme: go with the flow as revealed in 65A A RIVER RUNS THROUGH IT: "robert redford film... and a hint to what orccurs at 23A, 28A, 54A, 77A, 111A and 116A." each 'stream' (river) clue: 3D, 26D, 36D (has two!), 97D, and 109D 'gives away' the state referred to in the co-responding themed across clues!

yikes... my wife just woke up, an' on sundays that means... this'll wait til later... it's time for me to make breakfast!
well, it's closer to 7pm now and time there really is no time to prattle about the puzzle in earnest! i will just say that this was a most enjoyable diversion... and a pangram, too! and although some purists might be chagrinned to find that the placement of themed answers proved to be ever so slightly asymmetrical, i for one didn’t give it a second thought.
oh, c'mon... smile... i couldn't quite close up shop without adding that!keep on keepin' on...
