ny times online premium crossword puzzle

difficulty factor:
not bad at all

theme: this is another of those 'almost accidental theme' puzzles... yes, there is a song in the broadway play 'annie' called "nyc". it is sung once [that is to say it is not reprised numerable times], and is not exactly a show-stopper, or maybe even that memorable... i can't help but think there may have been five better ways to theme this one...

kalisah,

um... er... whatever do you mean?

(it's one of my pet peeves about the across lite program... i'm forever doubling letters... or skipping letters... or putting spaces were they don't belong...)

ad i was running so late i didn't proofread... thanx!
